§ Mr. M. StewartIsrael is one of a number of countries in the Middle East for which my right hon. Friend the Minister of State has particular responsibility but which he has not yet visited. They could not all have been included in his present tour. There are no plans yet for another tour, but I take note of my hon. Friend's view.
