Mr. Edward M. Taylorasked the Attorney-General if he has considered the advertisements for books published by the Running Man Press, copies of which have been sent to him; and whether he will refer these advertisements and books to the Director of Public Prosecutions with a view to proceedings for obscenity.
§ The Attorney-GeneralPolice inquiries are being made into these publications. When they are completed, the Director of Public Prosecutions and I will consider whether proceedings under the414W Obscene Publications Acts or other legislation are justified.
