§ Mrs. Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the number of physiotherapy training places in Glasgow and Scotland to be available in the current year and in each of the next three years; and how many training places will be lost by the proposed closure of the physiotherapy hospital in Glagow.
§ Mr. RossAt present there are 80 training places for physiotherapy students in National Health Service training schools in Glasgow and 122 in the whole of Scotland. The likely number of places for the next three years is shown in the table below:
