§ 79. Mr. Dodds-Parkerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what action he is taking to expedite the hearing of the appeal of Mr. Reay and others sentenced in Bari earlier in the year.
§ Mr. FoleyThe date for the appeal hearing has been set for the 2nd February, 1970. This is within a fortnight of the re-opening of the court after the Christmas recess.
