§ Mr. MasonUnder the terms of reference announced by my predecessor, the Roskill Commission is at present considering sites for a Third London Airport. The commission has already announced that, in considering the costs of an airport at Foulness, it will take account of the effect upon those costs of any possible port development. I am confident that the commission will do this adequately.
