Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity why, in view of the Government's policy that restraint is still needed on wages, prices, dividends, and rents, action has been taken by the Government for wages, prices, dividends and rents to be increased by excessive amounts during the past few months.
