§ Mr. CarmichaelThe Department is always consulted by the Australian Government on any proposal for the use of the Woomera Range by a third party. I assume my hon. Friend is now referring to the recent agreement between Australia and the United States of America to set up a Joint Defence Space Communications Station near to Woomera. This Station does not involve the use of the Woomera launching site.
