§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will seek to provide that licence fees for fisheries should be allocated solely for the purpose of the development of angling.
§ Mr. RossLicence fees are not payable in Scotland at present. The Hunter Committee recommended the introduction of a system of rod and net licences, but I should prefer not to comment on individual recommendations until I have completed my consideration of the Committee's Report as a whole.
