Mr. Bob BrownSchemes in the Road Programme designed to improve circular and ring roads in Sheffield and to give direct access to the M1 total eight miles. Total estimated costs are about £9½ million and grant about £7 million. Work on three of the nine schemes has been authorised by the issue of grant and is in progress. I am writing to the hon. Member giving him the detailed information on the individual projects.
