Mr. Evelyn King

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if, for comparative purposes, and from information available to him from international sources, he will state the percentage rise or fall in the internal value of the £ sterling, the Dollar, the French Franc, the Swiss Franc, the German Mark, the Italian Lira, the Portuguese Escudo and the Danish Kroner within the last two years or other convenient period.
