§ Mr. Lubbockasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether, in view of the evidence given by his Department to the Committee on the York Corporation Bill, he will now make an order implementing Part II of the Caravan Sites Act.
§ Mr. GreenwoodThe evidence given by the Department to the Committee on the York Corporation Bill—about which I have written to the hon. Member—maintains the view that Part II of the Caravan Sites Act cannot be implemented at present but will be implemented as soon as economic conditions permit. That is still my view.
