§ Mr. John Pageasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what is the estimated annual increase in revenue, at current rates of Income Tax to be gained from making all benefits paid from the National Insurance Fund and those for which the Department of Health and Social Security is responsible and all other payments made from Government sources, respectively, which are at present not liable to Income Tax, subject to taxation in the same way as unearned income.
