Mr. Chichester-Clark

asked the Minister of Public Building and Works (1) whether he will list the existing subcommittees of his National Consultative Council, giving also their members and indicating which organisations those members represent;

(2) whether he will set out the terms of reference of each of the sub-committees of his National Consultative Council, indicating on how many occasions each of them has met, what reports they have so far produced, and what progress each of them has made.
