§ Mr. Chichester-Clarkasked the Minister of Public Building and Works (1) whether he will list the existing subcommittees and ad hoc working parties of the Economic Development Committees for Building and Civil Engineering, giving also the names of those persons serving on them and indicating with which profession or part of the construction or allied industries they are associated;
(2) whether he will set out the terms of reference of each of the existing subcommittees and ad hoc working parties of the Economic Development Committees for Building and Civil Engineering, indicating on how many occasions each of them has so far met; when they were first set up; what reports they have so far produced; to whom those reports have been circulated; and what progress each of them has made;
(3) whether he will set out the names, terms of reference and former membership of all sub-committees or ad hoc working parties of the Economic Development Committees for Building and Civil Engineering which were set up after the economic development councils began work, but which have since completed 136W their work and been dissolved, indicating when each sub-committee or working party commenced, how often it met, when it completed its work, what reports it produced, and to whom those reports were circulated;
(4) what are the present terms of reference of the Economic Development Committees for Building and Civil Engineering; and what changes have been made in those terms of reference since the committees were set up.
