§ Mr. RossThe figure of £133,000 represents the estimate of total cost incurred by farmers in Scotland in respect of rating of intensive livestock buildings in 1967–68. The estimated additional cost in Scotland in 1968–69 was £40,000108W and this was taken into account at the 1969 Annual Review, but no precise allocation to individual Review products is possible.
