§ Viscount Lambtonasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the fact that development in Belford is being delayed until the town is by-passed, he will now give the date on which work on it is planned to commence.
§ Mr. CarmichaelA by-pass of Belford has not yet been included in the trunk road preparation pool. We are not aware that any development has been hindered, but if the hon. Member will give me details we will look into the matter.
