§ Mr. SwinglerThrough the interests it inherited in various companies, particularly bus companies and travel agencies, the Transport Holding Company has always had a considerable stake in inclusive tour travel, including air tours. Development of these activities is undertaken in accordance with the objects of the Company laid down in the Transport Act, 1962, which require it to act as if it were a company engaged in a commercial enterprise.
