(2) how much is the official loan to Ethiopia; for what purpose it was granted; and how much has so far been utilised.
§ Mr. OramThe loan to Ethiopia announced in principle by the previous Government in April, 1964, is for £2 million. It is for use on development projects to be agreed between the two186W Governments. Its terms are interest free and it will be tied to British goods and services. None of the loan has so far been utilised, but discussions are proceeding.
