§ Mr. DellThe cost to the Board of Trade and Her Majesty's Customs was about £400. The purpose of this exercise was to help manufacturers to identify commercial opportunities whose exploitation might reduce imports. It is understood that a number of companies are considering the manufacture of some chemicals shown to have been imported.
