§ Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will move to amend the Standing Orders of the House so as to alter the timetable of the House so that sittings shall begin at 2 p.m. and that Parliamentary Question Time be extended from 3.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. and so that Ministers' Answers, if more than 30 words long, be treated as statements at the end of Question Time.
