§ Mr. DellThe store promotion "Macy's Great Festival of Great Britain", which was organised by R. H. Macy of New York and supported by the Board of Trade, was highly successful. It involved some 200 British suppliers of consumer goods and led to very substantial additional buying by the store. The event was one of an increasing number of special promotions of British goods by foreign stores throughout the world, which the Board of Trade will certainly continue to support.
