§ Mr. Merlyn ReesFollowing on the making of the Southern Rhodesia (United Nations Sanctions) (No. 2) Order, 1968, which gives effect to the resolution of the United Nations Security Council, instructions were issued to immigration officers to refuse entry to holders of Southern Rhodesian passports unless there were exceptional humanitarian grounds for granting admission.
