§ 42. Sir B. Jannerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, whether, in view of the withdrawal of the agreement 3W by the Saudi Arabian Government of the appointment of Mr. Horace Phillips as the Ambassador to Jedda on the grounds of his faith, he will take steps for the implementation in future of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and in particular of article 2, article 18, and article 21(2) thereof.
