Mr. Blenkinsopasked the Minister of Technology what progress has been made in identifying industrial projects relevant to the Northern Region's potential for technological development for which financial assistance could be made available by his Department or the National Research Development Corporation.
§ Mr. FowlerIn supporting research and development work both in universities and industry the Department and the N.R.D.C. have particular regard to the Northern Region and other development areas. It is our policy to encourage more technologically advanced industry to expand in the Northern Region.
