asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department by what authority Sir Frederick Crawford, with or without a passport, is restricted from travelling to and from the United Kingdom.

Sir Frederick Crawford has not been prevented from entering, or leaving, the United Kingdom. As to the action taken in regard to his passport, f would refer the hon.
