§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether he is aware that, following Ministerial meetings held on Tuesday, 16th July, the Press were officially given information concerning the Government's plans to issue a White Paper on Electoral Reform; and whether he will cause an investigation to be made into the growing practice of giving official information to the Press in anticipation of official statements and papers being issued to the House of Commons.
