§ Mr. Harold WalkerAdvice from Government sources on means of increasing productivity is available to industry through the Industrial Relations Advisory Service of my Department, the Industrial Liaison Centres of the Ministry of Technology and through such agencies as the British Productivity Council. My Department's new Manpower and Productivity Service will give additional encouragement. Where appropriate the introduction or extension of shift working is and will be recommended.
