HC Deb 10 July 1968 vol 768 c67W
69. Mr. Scott-Hopkins

asked the President of the Board of Trade what action he proposes to take concerning the door-to-door selling of magazine subscriptions by representatives of United Clearing Limited, purporting to be students, the papers of which have already been sent to him.

Mrs. Gwyneth Dunwoody

My right hon. and learned Friend the Attorney-General has told the hon. Member that the papers have been referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions. I do not think that there is any further action that I could usefully take at this stage.—[Vol. 767, c. 175.]
