§ Mr. Carlisleasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity whether she will refer to the National Board for Prices and Incomes the 15s. increase in the driving test charge, in view of the fact that this amounts to an increase of 75 per cent. on the present charge; and whether she will make a statement.
