§ Mr. SwinglerI assume my hon. Friend is referring to proposals for the northwest sector of the "D" Ring Road. The five local authorities whose views we are awaiting on the alignment suggested by the Greater London Council have said it will be at least the end of February before they will be in a position to express their views.
