§ The Prime MinisterThe total costs to public funds of my visits to Moscow in February and July, 1966, and this January, were £3,900 and £4,075 and an estimated figure of £2,020 respectively; the direct foreign exchange elements in these figures were £200, £225 and £165 respectively.
