§ Mrs. CastleI have received a number of representations, mainly in the course of consultation with interested organisations. In reply I have explained the Government's purpose in setting up the National Freight Corporation, which is to provide a more efficient service and to eliminate wasteful competition in the public sector, and I have answered various questions on particular aspects of my proposals.
