§ Mr. CarmichaelWe are at present considering what schemes should be included in the second instalment of the trunk road preparation pool, and my right hon. Friend hopes to make an announcement shortly. Proposals for improving the Slough by-pass section of the M4 are among the schemes which we have under consideration.
