§ Mr. CarmichaelWhile we do not accept the British Cycle and Motor Cycle Industries Association's criticism of our estimates of the annual mileage of motor cyclists, the Department has invited the Association to discuss further the whole question of motor cycle accident statistics. The discussion could include the method of estimating annual mileages.
