§ Mr. RossThe Chartered Insurance Institute has always been free to make representations to me on matters concerning its teacher members. Section 83 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1962 is not relevant in this context.
§ Mrs. Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland why Chartered Insurance Institute Fellowships obtained under regulations of the Institute of Insurance Brokers prior to 1964 are not acceptable for graduate status on teaching salary scales; and whether he will make a statement.
