§ Mr. SwinglerMy right hon. Friend is at present awaiting the report of the National Insurance Advisory Committee on draft Regulations which are now before them. I understand that the Committee are at the stage of considering evidence and I do not expect that they will be in a position to submit their report for some time yet.
