§ Mr. Whitakerasked the Attorney-General whether, in view of the evidence in the reports entitled Rough Justice and Justice for All, copies of which have been sent to him, he will seek powers to establish some pilot neighbourhood lawyer projects with a view to determining the best means for further public legal assistance as soon as the economy permits.
