§ The Attorney-GeneralI have received from the Director of Public Prosecutions a report on his inquiries into an alleged offence under the Newspapers, Printers and Reading Rooms Act, 1869, in respect of the publication "Free Palestine". After careful consideration of this report, I have decided that proceedings under the Act should not be instituted.
