§ Mr. Swainasked the Prime Minister if he will form a committee of Ministers comprising the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity, the President of the Board of Trade, the Secretary of State for Economic Affairs and the Minister of Power to deal with the problems created in areas affected by pit closures.
