§ Mr. PrenticeApproximate disbursements of medical aid supplied by Her Majesty's Government in response to requests from the Government of South Vietnam are as follows:
£ 1964–65 1,700 1965–66 8,200 1966–67 86,000 1967–68 169,000 and estimates for 1968–69 329,000 No medical aid has been provided to the Government of North Vietnam nor have any requests been received.
The figures given exclude any medical assistance provided by British non-Governmental sources to South Vietnam or North Vietnam or both.
