§ Mr. Clark Hutchisonasked the Minister of Overseas Development what assistance, technical or otherwise, he is giving to Alginate Industries concerning production, processing and exporting of seaweed from the Falkland Islands.
§ Mr. PrenticeOfficial aid to developing countries is given on a Government62W to Government basis and we have received no request from the Government of the Falkland Islands for assistance in this field.
