§ Mr. EnnalsSteady progress continues to result from the provision of new and upgraded hospitals, and from implementation of the Salmon Committee's recommendations for a better management structure and management training. Further plans to relieve nurses of non-nursing duties and to improve the deployment of nursing staff are being worked out.
