asked the Secretary of State for Social Services, what are the amounts of total contributions to National Insurance and to Selective Employment Tax which were collected in the 12 months up to the most recent convenient date through the medium of adhesive stamps; and whether it is intended to collect graduated National Insurance contributions by means of such stamps.
