§ 71. Sir G. Sinclairasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the official publication entitled, "How Fast?", now being circulated to all highway authorities, he will reconsider the application for a 40 miles per hour speed limit for the Dawes Green and Leigh 9W areas in Surrey, supported by the parish council, the rural district council and the Surrey County Council.
