§ Mrs. Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland who attended, at public expense, the Fifth Conference of European Ministers of Justice held in London from 5th to 7th June under the auspices of the Council of Europe, to represent the interests of Scots who are under the jurisdiction of Scots law.
§ Mr. RossThe United Kingdom delegation to this Conference included the Solicitor-General for Scotland and my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Scotland. They were accompanied by Professor J. D. B. Mitchell, Professor of European Governmental Studies at 43W the University of Edinburgh, and by senior officials of their Departments.
