§ Mr. DellCars imported into the United Kingdom are liable to duty at 17½ per cent. if the value of non-E.F.T.A. parts and materials represents more than 50 per cent. of the f.o.b. price; cars which comply with the E.F.T.A. origin rules pay no duty.
