§ Mr. FowlerThe Shipbuilding Industry Board is ready to consider applications for assistance under the Shipbuilding Industry Act from shipbuilding firms wishing to improve their facilities. Questions about the improvement of port and harbour facilities should be addressed to my right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport.
