§ Mr. Elystan MorganInformation suggesting that a drug party was in progress at Mr. Olujimi's house in Crosby Road was received at Forest Gate police station at about 5.30 p.m. The police officer who kept observation on the house left Crosby Road by car at about 6.45 p.m. He drove to the home of a magistrate in Ham Park Road and, on a search warrant being granted, drove to Knox Road where he joined other officers who had meanwhile been instructed to attend in their cars at 7 p.m.
