Court not to have been operative during that period. This authorisation had no connection with any previous ones. It did not have the approval of the patent owners and was not reported to the House. The last batch of contracts in respect of patented drugs obtained from unlicensed sources overseas was made in April, 1964 and terminated in September, 1965.
