HC Deb 08 April 1968 vol 762 cc171-2W
Mr. McNamara

asked the Minister of Social Security what is the average length of time for appeals against the reduction or refusal of unemployment benefit heard by the local tribunal at Kingston-upon-Hull; and how this compares with the average length of time for the other principal offices in the region.

Mr. Pentland

During the first three months of 1968 at Kingston-upon-Hull it was five weeks. This compares favourably with a number of other tribunals in the region.
